It’s packed with tender chicken, colorful veggies, and savory-sweet flavors that come together in under 30 minutes. This easy chicken noodle stir-fry recipe is perfect for quick dinners, meal prep, or leftovers for lunch the next day.
Ingredients
- 400g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp salt
- Black pepper, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup green onions
- 1 small white onion, sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- 170g cooked noodles (I used linguine)
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 tsp honey1 tbsp sweetener of choice
Optional toppings: sliced green onions & sesame seeds
How to Make Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry:
- Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with sesame oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic, white onion, bell pepper, and carrots until slightly tender.
- Add cooked noodles and gently toss with the vegetables.
- Stir in soy sauce, hot sauce, honey, and sweetener.
- Return chicken to the pan and toss everything together until heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Serving Tip:
This dish is delicious on its own or paired with a simple side salad.
It also reheats beautifully for next-day lunches.
